The recruitment process is as follows:
- After the Requirement Profile is set and advertised, Taktikon contacts all candidates suitable for the job and invites them for an interview
- Selected candidates are asked to perform a Revenue Management test in which candidates are tested on Analytical-, Commercial- and Communicative skills.
- A final selection of candidates are presented to the customer who performs one or more interviews. Taktikon never reveals the name, age or gender to the employer until the final moment before the interview. This in order for employer to keep an open mind
- References are taken and the recruitment process is finalised
