Additionally, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from Bournemouth University in the United Kingdom. In addition to my years in the hotel industry, I have many years of experience in customer service in various roles, across different industries, and in different countries.
My work style is defined by my analytical abilities combined with the ability to provide excellent service. I am very detail-oriented and place a strong focus on results. I am accustomed to working independently, but I believe that the key to success is effective collaboration, and I also thrive in a team environment.
