  My name is Arthur Ghekiere From Myhotelshop, Direct Booking Maximizer for the Benelux region.
• How did you end up with MyHotelShop?
  I met Ulli Kastner (Myhotelshop CEO) during a fair that was hosted by my university, on which he introduced me to Myhotelshop and I was immediately sold on the idea.
• What do you think are the two things that nobody within the industry knows about you?
  1. I have a ridiculous passion for history.
  2. I have a fear of heights that appears randomly.
• What are you going to talk about during the seminar?
  I will talk about how Metasearch platforms work and what role they can play in the distribution mix
• What are the key points you want the participants to take with you from your speech?
  I want them to realize how metasearch platforms work and how they can become an important piece of their distribution strategy. I want them to realize how OTAs have become such a powerhouse in the distribution mix and what tools they can use to get there.
