Revenue Management Test
The Revenue Test is done under supervision of one of Taktikon’s Revenue Management experts and results in a detailed report in which the candidate’s strengths and areas of development are highlighted. The test can also be applied for screening potential job candidates. It is part of our recruitment package but can also bee used to test your current Revenue Manager in order to find out both strengths and development needs.
Taktikon offers a test where Revenue Management Candidates are tested in 3 different areas:
1. Analytical Skills
In this part of the test, the Revenue Manager is tested the ability to interpret Key Performance Indexes, graphs and text in order to form a winning strategy which will increase the company’s net result and ensures that the company reaches the right markets and achieves the right guest mix
2. Commercial Skills
In this part of the test, the Revenue Manager is tested the ability to understand your market’s and customer’s need and ability to form a long-term sales strategy.
3. Communication Skills
In this part of the test, the Revenue Manager is tested the ability to convey the strategy that improves your company’s result in such a way that all involved can ensure that it will be implemented.
